January 14, 2008 Letter from Cal Rad to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Disposal of Class B and C Waste. The letter asks the Commission to recommend to its Congressional oversight committees two Dept. of Energy options, one near-term and one long-term, for the disposal of non-DOE Class B and Class C low-level radioactive waste.
